By placing an order on hotncoldd.com you agree to these terms. They are written in plain language — no legalese. If you have any questions, just ask us before you buy.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using hotncoldd.com (the "Site") and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent), and that you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time — continued use of the Site means you accept the latest version.
2. Products & Pricing
All Prices in PKR
All prices displayed on the Site are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Prices May Change
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you confirm your order.
Pricing Errors
Despite our best efforts, pricing errors may occasionally occur. If an item is priced significantly lower due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you before dispatch.
Product Images
We make every effort to display accurate product images and colors. Slight variations may occur due to screen settings — this is not grounds for a return.
3. Ordering Process
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or email. An order is only considered confirmed when we send you this confirmation — until then, we reserve the right to decline an order (e.g. due to stock availability or a pricing error).
Payment Method
Cash on Delivery (COD) by default. Easypaisa & JazzCash also accepted.
Order Confirmation
Sent via WhatsApp or email within a few hours of placing your order.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel before dispatch. Contact us as soon as possible.
Stock Availability
All orders are subject to stock availability. We will notify you if an item is out of stock.
4. Shipping
We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery timelines, costs, and conditions are covered fully in our Shipping Policy. By placing an order, you also agree to those terms. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances outside our control.
5. Returns & Refunds
You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. Full details — including eligible conditions and the refund process — are in our Return Policy.
6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- ✗Resell HotnColdd products commercially without our written permission
- ✗Place fraudulent, false, or malicious orders
- ✗Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or abuse our website
- ✗Impersonate HotnColdd or our representatives
- ✗Use the Site in any way that violates Pakistani law
Violation of these terms may result in cancellation of your order and a ban from future purchases.
7. Limitation of Liability
HotnColdd's liability is limited to the value of the products you purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use — or inability to use — our products or website. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
Our products are designed for personal use as described on the product pages. Any misuse that causes damage — personal or otherwise — is not our responsibility.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab.
