Payments & COD
HotnColdd primarily uses Cash on Delivery (COD). We also accept payments via Easypaisa and JazzCash mobile wallets.
No Card Data Stored
We do not collect, process, or store any credit or debit card information. Mobile wallet transactions (Easypaisa, JazzCash) are processed directly through those platforms — we only receive a transaction confirmation reference number.
Who We Share Data With
Courier Partners
We share your name, phone number, and delivery address with our logistics partners (TCS, Leopards, BlueEx, etc.) solely to complete your delivery.
Service Providers
