We want you to love your HotnColdd bottle. If something's wrong — we'll make it right. You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
How to Return
Contact Us
WhatsApp or email us within 3 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the issue.
We Confirm
We'll review your request within 24 hours and confirm whether the return is approved.
Ship It Back
Send the product back in its original packaging to our Lahore warehouse. We'll provide the address.
Get Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, we process your refund within 3–5 business days.

- ✓Product arrived damaged or broken
- ✓Wrong item received
- ✓Product leaks despite normal use
- ✓Significant defect in materials or workmanship
- ✓Item is different from what was described on the website
❌ Not Eligible
- ✗Products damaged due to misuse or dropping
- ✗Products returned after 3 days of delivery
- ✗Products without original packaging
- ✗Products with signs of heavy use
- ✗Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
Refund Methods
COD Orders
Refunded via Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer within 3–5 business days.
Bank Transfer Orders
Refunded to the same bank account within 3–5 business days.
Easypaisa / JazzCash
Refunded to the same mobile account within 1–2 business days.
Exchange
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we'll ship the replacement once we receive your return.
